Terms of Service – HookValo

Thank you for choosing HookValo. By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Refunds: We do not accept refunds for any reason except for the following conditions:
    1. If the license key is not delivered within 24 hours.
    2. If the product does not work as specified (excluding spoofers).
    Important: Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by the user, such as purchasing the wrong product without verifying system requirements or using hardware tools (e.g., HWID tools). Refunds are also not available for any product once it is activated and in use.

2. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver products as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to various factors like order volume or external circumstances (e.g., being unavailable to deliver or delays during non-business hours).

  • If you do not receive your order within 12 hours, please contact our support team.

  • The user is responsible for keeping track of their license keys, usernames, and passwords. We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten information, and we cannot issue a replacement key.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of HookValo or its affiliates and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content in any way without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

4. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For more information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data, please refer to our detailed Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or data.

6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

  • By continuing to use our services after changes have been posted, you agree to accept and comply with the updated terms.

7. License Keys and Activation

  • License keys will be activated when you log into the Loader. Once activated, the duration of the key starts.

  • Users are responsible for their license keys, and HookValo is not liable for lost or misplaced keys. While we will assist to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost keys.

  • License Limitations: License keys are valid for use on one (1) computer only. If you wish to transfer your license to another computer, you may deactivate the existing key in exchange for a 50% discount on the next purchase.

8. Pause Rights

  • You are entitled to 3 pause periods, each lasting up to 24 hours, across all plans except Lifetime and Day plans.

  • Once you pause, the clock will begin, and you will lose that pause time once it expires or is unpaused.

  • Important: If you unpause before the full 24-hour period is up, the pause will be considered used, and you cannot reapply the pause.

9. Gifts & Inbuild-Woofer Policy

When you purchase a package that includes an inbuilt woofer, it is provided at no additional cost (free of charge). As this is a complimentary gift, we do not offer any guarantees regarding its functionality. The woofer has not been tested with every motherboard, and as such, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise, such as malfunction or compatibility problems. Customers should be aware that any issues related to the woofer are not covered under our services.

9. Reselling & Panels

1. General Terms
These Terms of Service govern all transactions and obligations related to the sale of panels. Sellers must read and accept these terms before proceeding with any panel sales. Panel sales are only available to sellers who have received approval from us.

2. Panel Sale Request
Before selling a panel, sellers must request approval to open an additional panel. Sellers are required to pay the necessary fees as specified. Once payment is completed, the seller can submit a request for panel sales.

3. Approval Process
After receiving the panel sale request, we will review the seller’s application and determine whether to approve the sale. Only approved sellers will be permitted to sell panels.

4. Private Product Policy
Each panel is a private product specifically created for the brand of the buyer. The sale of panels to third parties is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the suspension or termination of panel access for the seller.

5. Product Quality and Reliability
We ensure that all panels provided are reliable, stable, and undetectable. By following these rules, we guarantee the continuous availability of high-quality products in the market.

6. Compliance with Rules
Sellers must fully comply with these terms and any additional guidelines provided by us. Failure to do so may lead to penalties, including suspension of panel sales or termination of access to our products.

7. Amendments to TOS
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Sellers will be notified of any significant changes.
